Job Seekers have particular needs. They need to understand their strengths and the value they add to a given organization. Likewise, they should b able to cnfidently own their blind spots and know how to mitigate them. 
In this program we also dive into how others see the job seeker and how they can build rapport quickly, to no only ace the interview, but sow their true worth and get promoted.
